When I finished school at 18, I was invited back to teach beginner drummers at my old secondary school. What began as a way to earn some money during my gap year before university evolved into a career spanning over 25 years.
My mission is to help every student grow as a musician. Drums are not just about playing fast and loud—they are the heartbeat of the band, providing rhythm, structure, and energy. It’s a role that demands both skill and musicality, and I’m passionate about helping my students embrace that responsibility.
Currently, I teach 70+ students one-on-one each week, focusing on tailored lessons to nurture their individual strengths and goals.
