Triplet Warmup


The trouble with some warmups is that they can be boring and repetitive. This one though keeps you thinking – you have to concentrate to get through it correctly.

Here’s a little warmup exercise involving triplets. It uses single stroke rolls, double stroke rolls and paradiddles, leading with both the left and the right hands. Plus some coordination if you like a challenge!
